Picky is the till, kitchen tool and branded ordering app for food halls, multi-brand kitchens and any venue where more than one thing gets cooked under one roof.
The problem, in one line
Food halls, multi-brand kitchens, ghost kitchens, pubs adding a second concept — all of them end up stitching four systems together: a till per brand, a kitchen printer per brand, a separate consumer app, and a spreadsheet on Monday morning that never quite reconciles.
Picky replaces that stack with one rail.
Android or iOS. Not iOS-only.
Per-vendor menu, stock and admin — not a global menu the operator updates for everyone.
Supplier invoices, price rises, margin recalculation — read, matched, applied. Not "email your supplier".
What Picky replaces
Works fine if you're one brand. Adds a till per brand for anything bigger.
Strong for centrally-managed groups. Independent tenants under one roof are a stretch.
One brand, one app. Multi-brand cart isn't the design.
Takes the order, takes the fee, leaves the kitchen to figure it out.
Built multi-brand from day one. One till, one kitchen queue, one branded app, one bill.
How it works
At the table with a QR code or on your branded app, they add items from every brand into one cart. Picky's cross-brand cart is native — not four apps in a trench coat.
Each brand's items route to its own kitchen queue with prep-time-aware ordering. "Ready for round" moves the ticket forward. Print, cash-drawer and driver hand-off are wired in.
Each brand's takings land in its own Stripe Connect account. The venue sees one summary bill from Picky at month-end. 1% of card revenue. That's it.
Voices
“Tickets just show up on the screen. No more shouting from the front.”
“One card reader for four brands and one bill from Picky at month-end. That's the whole finance side.”
“I can order a birria taco and a parmo without opening two apps. That shouldn't feel novel but it does.”
One percent. That's it.
No monthly fee. No setup fee. No per-brand fee. No per-tenant onboarding fee. No hidden support tiers.
Your card processor, your choice. Stripe, SumUp, Zettle, Dojo, your bank's rate — whatever works for you. We're not in the payments business. That's between you and them.
Optional: a branded consumer app in your own colours — scoped with you on your demo call. +£30/mo for supplier invoice AI on photos and scans.
Big features
One cart. Four brands. Zero switching apps. Your customers order across every kitchen in your venue in one flow — with modifiers, allergens and dietary flags handled per brand.
Already using SumUp, Zettle or Dojo? Keep them. Picky Staff has an adapter layer that plugs into your existing reader instead of forcing hardware you don't want.
Every venue gets its own consumer app in its own colours — not a "Picky" app your customers have never heard of. Live at Blue Valentines and Saltholme Works today.
Every invoice you get — PDF from Booker, photo from a butcher, whatever — Picky reads it, updates your ingredient costs the same day, and recalculates recipe margins before the coffee's cold. When a supplier bumps a price 46%, you know at the till, not at year-end.
Who Picky is for
Multiple brands under one roof, some yours and some tenants. Picky handles per-brand payouts, tenant onboarding, and one consolidated report at month-end.
Running several concepts from the same kitchen? One kitchen queue, prep-time-aware, with ticket routing per brand.
More than one site? Per-venue payouts, cross-site menu management, and one consolidated report across the estate.
